Current Vacancies
Senior Architect
Stephen Taylor Architects are looking for a senior architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our London office. Candidates should be skilled in project organisation and management, as well as developing projects in collaboration with leading consultant teams. Applicants must have UK housing experience, relevant experience in project resource management, client relations, and organising various project stages is preferred.
This is a full-time position, with immediate availability required for an October/November 2024 start.
Experience:
– Minimum 3 years of post-Part III experience
– UK housing experience is required
– Good working knowledge of 2D Vectorworks and Revit is preferred
– Strong job running ability
– Strong technical detailing, architectural and structural construction drawing ability
– Have client-facing experience
– Fluent in spoken and written English

Part 2 Architectural Assistants
Stephen Taylor Architects is looking for Part 2 Architectural Assistants with strong design skills to join our team in the London office. Candidates should be confident in leading the design process and developing details, while also being capable of working independently on project development with support from our senior team.
Our studio operates in a collaborative environment, with the director deeply involved in all projects. You will be expected to present your ideas to both your peers and the wider studio. You will also be expected to work in the studio alongside all members of the practice and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
This is a full-time position, with immediate availability required for an October/November 2024 start.
Experience:
– Completed RIBA Part II qualification
– Experience in housing design and delivery will be an advantage
– Experience in using Vectorworks and Revit will be an advantage
– Proficiency in physical model-making will be required
